The Sysiphians aka Ras Hassan Ti and Puppa Rico have developed a creative and powerful Reggae sound by leaning on a varied directory of Ska, Rocksteady, Roots, Steppas and Dub. The Sysiphians work on their compositions in their studio Bull rocks yard with classic analog, acoustic and wind instruments along with digital equipment to produce an authentic sound with a modern edge earning themselves the reputation of one of the best Roots bands to emerge in recent years. Ras Hassan Ti is best known for his vintage vocal style and has been compared by critics to some of Jamaicas finest Roots singers, his debut vinyl release 'Marcus Garvey' ( Dread Lyon hifi ) made the top 10 in Ernie B's Reggae charts.
